MY "COMMISSION" HAS FINALLY COME INTO "FRUITION!"
Good Morning,
I see many of you are "Early Risers", like me. Well, that is the name that was given to me in Swahili, as I departed with my husband, after a mission trip to Nairobi and Nakuru, Kenya, in year 2002. My Swahili name is "WaKesho" pronounced (Wa Kay'. sho). So Wakesho is up at 3:27 A.M., blogging.
One Friday morning, on August 28, 2015, 7:15 A.M., I received a specific commission from God at a gas station, after pumpimg gas and preparing to leave, I saw a tithe and offering envelope from my church on the seat. I picked my pen up, and began writing (I still have a copy of that envelope.) The pen appeared to write on its own, these specific words:
I have been commissioned by God to go to Bahamas, Africa, and Israel. I have already received an invitation for Bahamas and Africa, and I am waiting for an invitation to go to Israel to tell the nations that, "Jesus Christ is truly the Son of the living God, and He is still alive through His Spirit in the world today"(and I quote!)
Well, I had already been to Africa, and was to travel with my grandson, on February 18-21, 2016 to the Bahamas on a cruise (He was a teenage gospel singer.) That morning, I was headed to a Bible study 45 minutes away from my home which was held at a fast food place called "Dairy Queen." When I got there, the bible teacher cried out, "Someone is going with me to Israel!" Guess what! That someone was me! I went to Israel! (February, 2016).
I never went to the Bahamas physically to the place, but the Bahamas came to us, by way of Hurricane "Dorian in 2017. My husband and I went to Oldtown Florida, with Jabbok Ministries, where we served many Bahamians ,who were displaced with food, clothes, monies, and other supplies, and the gospel of Jesus Christ for a few weeks. God is awesome and so amazing! And from that day until this day, I have just come full circle.
As I look at my statistics each day from nations viewing my "Home Page" all around the world, though I don't understand the statistics, "I know that God is up to something." I just pray that the gospel message for "this" generation is being spread and read:
"Jesus Christ is truly the Son of the living God, and He is still alive through His Spirit, in the world today, working signs, wonders and miracles. Thank You Lord!
After almost ten years, "My commission has come into fruition, and I speak
many blessings to all the nations of the world and its people!
Scripture for today was scripture given to me scribbled on the back of tithe envelope (August 28, 2015):
Be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed. For the Lord thou God is with you whithersoever thou goest. Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage.
